Selena Gomez Earns Blonde Globe Nominations for “Emilia Perez” and “Only Murders in the Building”

“Emilia Perez” led Monday’s Blonde Globes nominations with 10 nominations in general in directing, screenwriting and song, as well as some performance divisions. In the past decade, Amy Adams, Regina King and Alicia Vikander are among the celebrities who have competed in the same Twin Globe race in the past. Of the 2025 nominees, Gomez and Sebastian Stan were the only actors recognized in multiple acting divisions for certain roles.

Stan, of “Pam & Tommy” fame, was nominated in the Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy divisions, other than drama. He received praise for his over-the-top roles in the cloud comedy “A Different Man” and the controversial biopic “The Apprentice,” where he played a suave Donald Trump.
